About the author:
Alexander Ivanovich Rumyantsev was born in 1937 in Chukhloma, Kostroma region.
Graduated from the Kostroma Art School.
Worked as an artist-designer in the Kostroma Art Fund.
He was a member of the circle of wonderful artists Tatiana and Nikolai Vasilievich Shuvalovs, whose works are known and appreciated all over the world, participated with them in joint exhibitions and creative trips.
3 personal exhibitions were held in Kostroma. The paintings were acquired by the Kostroma Art Museum.
In the Union of Artists did not join the principle.
The works are in private collections in Russia, Poland, India and Finland.
Died in 1993.
