Only in the 18th century a breakthrough was made – in Dresden they began to produce ceramics. A few years later, there were more porcelain factories. The center of ceramic production became Staffordshire. Local masters have made such progress that to this day all the secrets of their craftsmanship have not yet been unraveled.
