Frog pose in yoga comes in several variants, but all variants adopt a pose in which the body resembles an amphibian.
Instructions for implementation: 1 Lie on your stomach, arms extended loosely along your body. 2 Bend your legs at the knees, hands around your toes, elbows pointing up.
3 Pull your torso off the floor, lift up, gaze pointing upward.

4 Press the palms of your hands on your feet in a smooth motion.

5 Bring your feet as close to your buttocks as possible.

6 Then spread your feet apart, and with gentle pressure, try to bring your feet closer to the floor.

7 Hold this position for a few seconds, return to the starting position without sudden movements.
